TrvlMo Exchange Policy
All sales are final. We will only accept exchanges for the following products if damaged in transit:
To be eligible for an exchange you must email us at email@example.com within 7 days of your product arriving. Title the subject line "Damaged TrvlMo Tee" and attach a picture of the damaged product. Once your email has been reviewed we will email over a shipping label for you to return your product. After the product has been received and inspected, we will ship you a new product.
TrvlMo Refund Policy
All sales are final. We will not issue any type of refund for any reason. These are the specifics for each product & service:
TrvlMo Quotes: All TrvlMo Quotes are non-refundable. Each quote request allows you up to three (3) revisions. If you are not satisfied with your quote after the third revision, you will have to request a new quote through our "Book a Trip" Page.
TrvlMo Trips: All TrvlMo Trips are non-refundable. If you change/cancel for any reason, your payment will not be refunded. After all cancellation fees have been taken out by the airline/hotel, you will be issued TrvlMo credit for the remainder of the balance. TrvlMo credit can be used on any type of travel for up to 1 year after the date of it being issued.
TrvlMo Apparel: All TrvlMo apparel is non-refundable. We are partnered with a charity organization to donate a planted tree for every item sold. To ensure that we can keep our apparel as affordable as possible, we will not issue any refunds. Please see our exchange policy above if needed.
